Special Update

As Thanksgiving approaches, we are certainly counting our blessings here in Onancock. We are thankful for the care and support of so many friends, neighbors, and customers. You brighten our days when you visit the stationery shop and share in our enthusiasm for all things handwriting and letters. You’ve been kind supporters of our fledgling bookbinding endeavors, too, encouraging us to continue discovering new binding techniques and bringing your own creativity with custom requests.

We’d love to see you at Manuscript Stationery during one of the upcoming holiday events at the Historic Onancock School. Our shop carries handmade books, fine letter writing papers & notecards, pencils & ink supplies, wax seal supplies, and desk accessories. While you’re here, we highly recommend you visit other studios in the School where you will find local artwork, handcrafted jewelry, a clothing boutique, sculptures, and wildlife carvings.

The 23rd Annual Artisans Guild Tour includes the Historic Onancock School as a major stop with over a dozen artisans both in the main gallery and in their studios. Our shop will also be open for the Tour which runs November 28 & 29, 10am-5pm.

December 3rd-6th we are celebrating the stationery shop’s second anniversary with a sale to say thank you! Enjoy 15% off everything except our subscription boxes and local art books.

Wednesday evening, December 3rd is the ever-popular holiday Wine Wednesday from 5pm-7pm at the School. Come out and meet with your friends and neighbors while visiting open studios. We’re sure you’ll find some perfect gifts for those on your Christmas list.

Saturday, December 13 is the Holiday Artisans Market from 10am to 3pm. In addition to shops and artist studios throughout the School, many local vendors will be set up in the main gallery room.
